This study seeks to examine the factors influencing hand hygiene compliance in healthcare settings in Adamawa State and evaluate its role in preventing nosocomial infections.

This study will focus on healthcare workers in public and private healthcare facilities in Adamawa State, including hospitals, clinics, and health centers. Limitations may include variations in healthcare facility sizes, differences in healthcare worker behavior, and difficulties in maintaining consistency in observational methods.
